Trade Oil is the exclusive importer, distributor and representative of “EURO LUBE” lubricants of the United Arab Emirates in all of markets of West Africa
Storage, Blending and Distribution
Trade Oil as part of its strategic planning has entered into participation arrangements on:
- Storage & Blending – Trade Oil has lease and rental agreements with oil storage tank farms in Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria and the DRC.
- Guinea Conakry : Trade Oil has completed a major feasibility study for the development of a new storage tank farm in Conakry – which will be the sole facility in the market for storage and distribution to the regional markets.
- Distribution – Through a joint venture with a oil products marketer, Trade Oil has an access to a fleet of over 300 road tankers and 260 petrol stations.
- Trade Oil is setting to become a medium size player in the regional markets for the sales and marketing of its imported and blended gasoline and branded lubricants through to the ever expanding and developing West African region.

Through its long term position and strategy as a supplier of crude to the S.I.R. & S.M.B. Ivory Coast refineries and as an off taker of refined products for export, Trade Oil has entered into M.O.A.’s and participation agreements in 2 major oil blocks in the Republic of Niger for exploration and production and additionally has participation interest in marginal well’s in Nigeria, Africa’s largest oil producer and reserves.
Ongoing evaluation and current field development plans, asset deployments (drilling, work over and production equipment and pipelines to terminals and shore) – are currently underway or in process.
Upstream - Republic of Niger
Trade Oil Niger is engaged in the supply of petroleum products and export of crude oil from the new frontier market of Niger, where there have been major oil discoveries
Trade Oil Niger has signed an M.O.A. with the Ministry of Petroleum, Republic of Niger for 2 major oil blocks situated in the Northern Eastern Region of the country – The Taffassanet Block and The Grein Block
Commodities - Bauxite
TRADE OIL has a joint venture with the principal local indigenous Bauxite Mining Group in Guinea to mine, exploit and export bauxite from block 24. Guinea has the worlds largest bauxite reserves
TRADE OIL sees a long term trading prospective for the supply of the principal raw material in the production of Alumina to the high demand markets of Asia, in particular China and also the U.S.A.

Development of a 20 MW solar park with a PPA signed with the Ministry of Electricity to supply the local national electricity grid
